The Pursuit of Happiness

Glazed donuts are very tasty. I don't get one often so when I get one I'm really happy! I drew myself chasing a glazed donut because chasing equals pursuit and the donut equals happiness.

Silent Game

Right now were playing the silent game. It is very quiet. Oops! Kristina and Alicia lost. Im still in! I have the urge to talk and now im out :(

Drums

I chose to draw the drums because I love the drums. Drums keep beat. In a song, other instruments will be helped by drums. I first started playing drums this year in the early bird week. Thats why I picked to draw this amazing object. 

The Wire Sculpture

I chose to draw this because I thought it was a very cool sculpture. I like it because I think wire sculptures are awesome and this is a wire sculpture. I also like that it is playing a trumpet.

drums are pretty cool. the beats they make are awesome. but i think many many people can play the drums. or maybe only start a simple beat. but its not if you can play or how talented you are at it. but it's how you play. It's how you use your talent. some people use their talent to make money. others use their talent to make other happy or to impress.

Fillmore. Great,or not so great????

At Fillmore there is always something to do. The Juniors(kids 5-8)and the Seniors(kids 9-14 have a schedule telling where to go, on what day, and at what time. For example: On M/W/F I have Digital Arts, Digital Movie. and blogging/journal writing. Then on T/TH You have different classes. Example: Print Making, Wearable Arts, and Sculpting. There are lots of other classes too, and their usually lots of fun.
On Fridays there is usually something special like Peace & Love day, or Field Day. Today : Friday, July 24th was Field day. there was pizza, and after eating, a big game of dodgeball between the Juniors and the Seniors. The Seniors won by one person. The final score was 21-20. (The only reason that the Juniors came close was because they had so many counselors on their team to help them.)
It really is a great camp, and kids really enjoy they themselves. Everyone does. Including me.

when i hear the word music,  think of it as a necessary thing in life.its an inspiration of music notes, thoughts and feelings all in one.i like almost every type of music.i think it helps us get on with our daily chores and things we need to do in life.weather it be emotional or physical things we do, music always helps.i think music makes things easier.it gives you a rhythm. the beats,the sound,just kind of melt in to one natural breathing easy rhythm

                     I want you back?I like the beat ,the tune is fast.It’s not my favorite song though because I listen to beats that groove.I can’t understand the lyris because they are said too quickly.        

The Love You Save

  The love You Save?I don’t really like it, because I don’t like the singer’s voice,the music they sing on.I like the few hits of the 70’s,80’s my dad showed me or I heard at the radio.This song is quick,has action.I mean,the song is O.K.I liked the tune ,though.

          It is a very good song to me because it makes me dance and it has good beat to it.I like this song.It is a good song to  dance to and  it is a good song to sing to.I love song.   

Ben is very loud

I think Ben is very loud. He's all like  "You cant draw! You write until I say STOP!" And I'm all like "Dude, your so loud, I'm gonna write a blog about it." and then he's like "Okay. Thats fine with me"  and so now I'm writing this blog about why Ben is so loud.

I like this song because of its lyrics and its tune. The lyrics actually describe her own life about how she won’t change how she is just because she’s famous. The tune is very fun. And I love the idea of a song about your own life. And I can totally relate to the song. I to would not change my attitude if I became famous.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is about a boy named Harry Potter who gets chosen for something that he did not enter his name into. This something is horrible and dangerous. (I'm not going to say what for the people who haven't read the book or seen the movie!) Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is my favorite Harry Potter movie. It was very suspenseful. I thought is was a very good movie. If I had to rate this movie from 1 to 5 I would probably give it a 4 1/2. I bet this movie would be good for anyone that likes wizards, suspense, and fiction.  

The Land before time movie

I like that movie because its exiting , adventurous and you never know what will happen next .I started watching Land before time when I was between the ages of 3 to 5.I liked it when my mom bought us most of the old movies a couple years ago and I liked them ever since.

    I actually do like The Jackson 5. This is  one of their weirder songs ,that are fun but annoying at the same time.I like the rest of the songs by The Jackson 5 better. Like I said, it's a good song, but not something I'd put on my iPod.

 

The Jackson 5- I Want You Back

    I didn't recognize this song until I heard it.  It's actually a good song to dance to, and it's really fun. The only thing is that you can barely understand the lyrics. But that makes it even more fun to listen and dance to.

    The greatest thing about the Jackson 5, is that (duh!!) It's Michael Jackson when he was 5 years old. I just think that it's cool that even back then he had a cool voice and everything.

Here We Go Again- Demi Lovato

I just don't like these songs. I  don't like those songs by Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus. Their just typical Disney songs. The lyrics are stupid, and they never change. Demi Lovato has a pretty good voice, but all together she's NOT such a great singer. She should stick to acting.

 

The Climb- Miley Cyrus

I HATE MILEY CYRUS. I  guess some of her songs are O.K but most of them make want to scream and cover my ears. (But since I was in blogging class when I heard it I was forced to settle for a groan.) Again, she should also stick to acting.

    I love the lyrics of the song because it’s just like a story. The songs about a girl who likes a guy but every time she wants to break up with him she just can’t do it. I like reading so when I finish listening to this song it’s like I just finished a book. I also like the guitar playing in the song. Demi Lovato’s voice is really nice and I am really excited to see what she’s gonna do next!!!!

My Favorite Food

PASTA

My favorite food is pasta because I like this restaurant called olive garden.And my family takes me there but I don’t really go there any more.Some time we go there with some of my friend come with me when they spend a night over my house.When I got to Jamaica I had some pasta it was very good.

                   PUMPKIN PIE 

I like pumpkin pie because on Thanksgiving my mom buys pumpkin pie or apple pie.They are both very good but pumpkin pie is my favorite kind of pie. All of my family comes over or their house.

Melon

One of my favorite foods is melon. When I was a baby I started saying "Lemon! Lemon!". My parents kept giving me a lemon and I would say "NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!". It took them a few days to realize that what I wanted was a melon.

The kind of pizza

When I went for dinner at Alexi’s house with my other friend Rico,we almost always had pizza.While the boys always ordered pepperponi pizza,I always took plain.I simply hated,I hate,and I will probably always hate pepperoni pizza.
